For those beginning their journey as a leader to those looking to further enhance their skills, this series is designed to develop, enhance and elevate the strategic development of leaders.  Track 1: Strategic Leadership: Becoming a Mature Leader, covers the nuances of the transition from individual contributor to becoming a manager of people.  The focus is on the critical mindset and operational shifts that need to happen when one becomes a leader.

Strategic Leadership Series:

Six week course that includes one 30-minute intensive coaching sessions + 15 minute Q&A per week.


Track 1: Strategic Leadership: Becoming a Mature Leader.

Week 1: The 5 mental shifts required for strategic leadership: transitioning from individual contributor to strategic leader. 

Week 2: The 3 things every manager must know to retain talent: setting goals, uncovering motivations and acknowledging fears in support of each team member.

Week 3: Learning how to listen: how to know if you are and how to be more effective. 

Week 4: Establishing structure in communication: emails, chat, meetings, 1:1s.

Week 5: Prioritization + daily task management:  how to be strategic when your to-do list is never ending.

Week 6: Nurturing your own morale: integrating values, clarifying needs and improving habits.
